Job Title: Digital Marketing Associate
Location: Commack, New York
Type: Full-Time
Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in Digital Marketing
1. Website Management (WordPress/Elementor)
This will involve updating the products, services, pricing and content shown on the website. Adding new pages, swapping monthly promotions, keeping plugins updated and ensuring that the website remains in working order and is optimized. This may also including creating new landing page / feeder websites as well as basic management of our hosting account utilizing the Plesk control panel to facilitate the creation/hosting of new websites (RE: installing WordPress) and adding new email accounts for our staff.
2. Content Creation
In additional to creating page layouts and content for new services, regular blog posts will need to be curated, edited and scheduled for release on the website. This may also involve curating stock images to use as features images for the posts.
3. SEO
Conduct keyword research, generate high quality incoming backlinks, utilize the Google Webmaster Tools platform to help identify and correct issues related to optimization and monitor and report on ranking performance. On page optimizations will need to be done for all newly created pages and posts and existing pages may need to have on-page factors adjusted as part of an overall ranking strategy that involves a large subset of location targeted keywords for our offices in New York City and Miami.
4. Email Marketing
Import and segment leads into our email management platform. Create campaigns and analyze results in order to best maintain strong communication and interaction with our audience.
5. Digital Campaign Management
Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns (including flash sales and regular promotions) across various channels such as social media, email, SEM and press releases.
6. SEM (Paid Advertising)
Conduct keyword research, monitor and report on ad performance, create and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Google…etc.
7. Social Media Management
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand presence, engagement, and followership across various platforms. This will include responding to user comments and messages, posting engaging content and updating visual elements of profiles so that the accounts continue to look active. This also involves responding to reviews on various platforms and ensuring that local business profiles (such as Google Maps) are updated with correct information and are optimized for best positioning.
8. Analytics and Reporting
Utilizing Google Analytics, rank trackers and other tools – monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
9. Market Research
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies that can be utilized to streamline online marketing efforts.
10. Streamline Team Member Interaction
Set up and manage a collaboration hub where company media and content files are easily shared between team members and discussions are handled in a single place rather than numerous email chains among various team members. In essence, giving other remote team members a single point of a contact where they can communicate and offer digital marketing deliverables to the company.
