Bath oils are also a great way to add moisture to your skin. When done, make sure you use a moisturizer.
Make your clothes softer by using a fabric softener with your laundry. Soft clothes are less damaging to your skin. If you reside in a dry climate, this tip can be very beneficial.
Avoid smoking if you want to have healthy skin and look younger. Smoking will cause your blood vessels to get thinner. This means your blood circulation is not as good as before. The repetitive motions made while smoking are also a contributor to wrinkles.
If your kid has itchy skin, put on some lotion a few times a day. Avoid using moisturizers with fragrances that are made for adults. If the problem persists, talk to a doctor.
