Let’s take an example: you can do interval exercise by pedaling your bicycle at maximum speed for one minute, then alternate with slow pedaling for 1-2 minutes. It is up to you to choose the type of exercise you can do, depending upon your stamina and muscular strength

Be social

Whether you love to be alone, or you are naturally an introvert, you must have a social circle to rejuvenate your lost energies. Social isolation is abnormal behavior and it ultimately leads to stress.

Go to the cinema, picnic or party with your family and friends. Don’t keep yourself hidden away when others enjoy your company.
