The story apparently came from an unnamed insider, who stated that, once Kim got the look she wanted, she would stop with the fillers.
The Truth
Gossip Cop had a bit to say on the subject, noting that Kim has always had a large chest and that the tank top she was sporting in the picture alongside the story probably had more to do with amping up her famous cleavage than any surgical or non-surgical procedure.
The mag also called out OK! for mistakenly stating that Kardashian and husband Kanye West were divorcing in an issue from December 2016, which turned out to be false.

In all likelihood, Kardashian probably hasn’t done anything with fillers in her breasts.
